DIY Pretty Chain Pulls

Hey!
Today I'm showing you how to make some really cute fan/light/chain/pull things (Someone please teach me a correct term for this)

It's really simple to do and I think they're really cute.    I really need to stop saying that in every single post. 

What you'll need is:

• Gem Table Scatter
• E6000 Glue
• Hot Glue Gun
• Some type of bead or way to attach to the chain

So all I really did was sandwich together a bigger diamond gem thing with a smaller one and attached a bead at the top. I used E6000 glue for this step because it's clear and super strong.

Once the pull dried I filled the bead with hot glue and stuck the chain from my fan into the bead. I used hot glue for this step because my arms are not strong enough and I'm definitley not patient enough to hold the chain in the bead until E6000 dries. Heck no. Once it's completely dry, the chain holds up great. I've had these on for about a month and have had no problems.

What are some other ways you've made your chain pull things pretty? (P.S. how many times have I said chain pull thing or gem thing. Do I even know English?)

From Candle Lid To Pretty Coaster

Hi! Today I'm sharing how I turned a candle lid into a pretty jeweled coaster! 

If you've ever been to Bath & Body Works you've probably been convinced to buy one of these delicious smelling bad boys.

Then you probably burned the whole thing in a day because it smelled so good. Anyone? Just me? Oh.

There are a million cute things to make with the jars when you're done though!

Today I used just the lid to make an adorable blingy coaster for my desk. 

All I needed was:

Any candle lid

E6000/Super Glue

Jewels/gems (affiliate links)

All I did was spread the glue with a tooth pick a little at a time and added the jewels in no certain pattern. 

(Cute envelope backdrop, right?)

That's it! I think this is so so pretty. I've been in the process of making my room fabulous (including the craft shelf I've been promising for 7 years) so I will be posting lots and lots about my progress organizing and decorating my bedroom!
